What is the Quality inspection Policy?
Chandra Group follows a very strict quality inspection policy. Each and every product is checked three times before the final packing
What is the Payment policy?
The company belives in the payment policy of 30% advance and remaining 70% on documents.
Is there any Minimum order requirement?
The minimum order invoice should be USD 7000. Below That the company charges USDÂ 300 as handling charges from the factory facility to the port
What kind of glass is used for production?
The company mainly uses two types of glass for the production, they are Soda-ash Glass and Borosilicate Glass.
In which events and trade shows does the company participate?
Every year the company participate in the Ambiente show, Frankfurt (Germany) and twice in the Indian Gifts and Handicraft Show, Delhi (India)
Do I have to own a business to purchase from Chandra Group?
No, Chandra Group has strictly been a business-to-business manufacturer and exporter for over 24 years but we are now open to consumer purchases. The pricing you see initially when browsing our site is for our consumer sales only. Businesses reselling our product may register themselves with us for our wholesale pricing.
How can i place an order?
All customers selecting our products for the re-sale purpose or business to business job should register themselves with us with their product requirements and then we will send them a price quotation sheet for bulk quantities.

Yes, the company do personalize products for their customers. Our customers can send us any shape with correct dimensions and any design to be done on it.
Does the company do Pallet packing or box packing?
Chandra Group does both kinds of packing, pallets as well as box packing depending on the customers requirement.
